Kashmir sits on 2.5 acres of private high desert landscape, offering multiple backdrops for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. With pathway lighting throughout, three gated entrances, and on-site parking for up to 40 vehicles, with additional shuttle service available when needed.

We can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests across the main house, a private ADU, and several converted RVs and trailers. The main house offers a king suite with ensuite bathroom, while the additional units provide flexible sleeping arrangements for bridal parties or family members. Guests also have access to two extra private outdoor showers. All spaces are equipped with heating and air conditioning for year-round use.

The outdoor spaces feature a Jacuzzi, cowboy tub plunge pool, dual rain showers, shaded hammocks, and lounge seating areas. The large patio and fire pit serve as natural gathering points, ideal for welcome parties or late-night conversations under the stars.

The property includes four fully permitted bathrooms, a prep kitchen for catering teams, potable water access, and electrical capacity that supports DJs, bands, and full lighting setups—no generators required. Guests also have access to existing farm tables, a ceremony arch, and ambient lighting across the property, all enhancing the atmosphere while still leaving room for custom décor.

A fully equipped ADU and outdoor kitchen provide prep space for caterers, with refrigeration and counter space for staging. The outdoor dining area and small stage can be styled for rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, or intimate welcome events, giving couples flexibility to design their weekend.
