A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event.

Yes — we can customize a payment schedule to make planning easier.

Our property comfortably hosts up to 100 guests.

Music must end by 10pm per county ordinance. Ambient sound and low-volume gatherings may continue until 1AM.

Vendors may access the property as early as 9am on your event day.

Yes — we can accommodate up to 40 cars on-site. Shuttle service is recommended for larger groups.

Our main home, studio, and RVs offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. We also partner with nearby Airbnbs for overflow.

Not at all. We welcome outside vendors but also offer a curated list of trusted partners.

Yes — we require couples to have at least a day-of coordinator. You may bring your own or add ours to your package.

We provide our existing wood farm tables and ceremony arch. All additional rentals (chairs, décor, linens) can be sourced through your vendors.

Yes — couples may supply their own alcohol with a licensed bartender or catering team managing service with Liquor Liability Insurance.

Yes — our ADU kitchen and we have an outdoor prep area that is available for catering teams.

Open flames are restricted due to desert fire risk. LED candles and sparklers in designated areas are permitted.
