The Gathering (1-Day)

The Horizon (2-Day)

  • Day 1: Arrive at 3PM for setup, rehearsal, and an intimate welcome dinner under the desert sky.


    Day 2: Full wedding day access from morning through 11PM, with two nights across the property for the couple + select guests.

  • A full weekend to make the desert yours.

    Friday: 3PM arrival for rehearsal and welcome dinner.


    Saturday: Full wedding day access.


    Sunday: Relax with a farewell brunch or slow morning before checkout at 11AM.


    Includes three nights across the property for the couple + select guests.

  • A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event.

  • Yes — we can customize a payment schedule to make planning easier.

  • Our property comfortably hosts up to 100 guests.

  • Music must end by 10pm per county ordinance. Ambient sound and low-volume gatherings may continue until 1AM.

  • Vendors may access the property as early as 9am on your event day.

  • Yes — we can accommodate up to 40 cars on-site. Shuttle service is recommended for larger groups.

  • Our main home, studio, and RVs offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. We also partner with nearby Airbnbs for overflow.

  • Not at all. We welcome outside vendors but also offer a curated list of trusted partners.

  • Yes — we require couples to have at least a day-of coordinator. You may bring your own or add ours to your package.

  • We provide our existing wood farm tables and ceremony arch. All additional rentals (chairs, décor, linens) can be sourced through your vendors.

  • Yes — couples may supply their own alcohol with a licensed bartender or catering team managing service with Liquor Liability Insurance.

  • Yes — our ADU kitchen and we have an outdoor prep area that is available for catering teams.

  • Open flames are restricted due to desert fire risk. LED candles and sparklers in designated areas are permitted.

  • Yes — pets are welcome with prior approval.

    A pet fee may be applied.
